Writing
Writing is the principal service I provide. The types of things I write are broadly described in the Products section of this site. They include: corporate annual reports, business capability brochures, marketing material such as product and service brochures, advertising copy, business plans and research documents. I also provide editing services, in which I work from a client's existing copy. Most often, unless the copy requires only minor changes, editing assignments become writing projects with the original copy serving only as source material.

Communications Consulting
I also offer communications consulting in which I can advise an organization on how best to communicate with its target audiences. My recommendations may include written documents that I would produce, or they might involve enlisting other resources such as a public relations firm, a video production company, photographers or a graphics design firm. Although I regularly work with such services, and can recommend people and companies that are excellent, I have no formal relationships or financial interests in any of them.

Research

I can help find the answers to these and other questions you may have and put them into a readable and interesting document that can become the basis for an entire communications program.
